How secure is shopping with When In Home? Is my data protected?

When in Home is fully registered UK business with all relevant company information displayed at the footer of our website. Furthermore, we have a fully compliant SSL certificate for your protection.

We will not share your contact details with any third parties. However we may send you emails to keep you up-to-date with our latest products and offers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All When in Home® & Bulhawk® products are normally dispatched within 1 working day. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay in dispatching your order, you will be notified immediately. For items sent to mainland UK destinations using the Royal Mail, these will generally take 2-3 days to arrive. For items sent to mainland UK using either UPS or DPD these would be delivered next working day to dispatch date. For International deliveries, this can differ between destination and would advise contacting us prior to ordering if you require more information on delivery times..

Furniture orders will be arranged directly between our couriers and you. You will normally receive a phone call within 24-48 hours to book in a time slot. This time slot will normally be withing 5-7 business days.

There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?

In the event of an incorrect or defective item being received, please contact us immediately and this will be dealt with in a quick and efficient manner.
